This table has a 2' leaf that locks into the center of the table for additional seating capability. The table legs remain stationary as the table top expands.

Clearance Under Apron - approx. 24.75"
Distance Between Legs -
> Table Sides: (Total Un-Expanded Table Length) minus approx. 14" = Open Space for Seating
> Table Ends: (Total Table Width) minus approx. 12" = Open Space for Seating
Seating Capacity - Chair widths and spacing preferences vary, but as a general rule:
> 6’ tables seat 6 loved ones
> 8’ tables seat 8 loved ones
> 10’ tables seat 10 loved ones
> 12’ tables seat 12 loved ones
